<br>To delete your account, simply go to My account > Security, and scroll down to the last button 'Delete account' (<a href="https://welcometogate.com/you/security" target="_blank" ><u>or click here</u></a>).</br> <br>If you have used the platform as a producer, the only situation when you aren’t immediately able to delete your account is if you submitted tracks to a release that has not yet finalized all its phases. If that is the case, simply wait for all these release to complete and come back to this button.</br> <br>If you have used the platform as a label or as a <a href="https://welcometogate.com/faq/solution/11" target="_blank" ><u>release owner</u></a>, the only situation when you aren’t immediately able to delete your account is when at least one of your releases has not yet ended all its phases. If that is the case, simply wait for the release to finalize and then come back to this button. Please note that deleting your account will not remove the releases you've created (<a href="https://welcometogate.com/faq/solution/78" target="_blank" ><u>why not?</u></a>).</br> <br>If you have been both submitting tracks and creating releases with your account, then you will be able to delete your account once you have no tracks submitted in an active release and all the releases you created have ended.</br> <br>Please note that if you have any producer credit left, you have to either give it up or first use it all up and then delete your account. <a href="https://welcometogate.com/terms-conditions" target="_blank" ><u>Find out more about our Read our Terms and Conditions</u></a>.</br> <br> Finally, if you created releases or got tracks selected as signed or runner-up with your account, they will not get deleted with your account.
