Here’s how long tracks are stored on our server:</br> <br>– Non-selected tracks: 1 year from the *start date of the release it was submitted in.</br> <br>– Signed tracks: Forever.</br> <br>– Runner-up tracks: Forever, unless the producer of the track wants it removed. In which case the producer would have to contact us to request it.</br> <br>The reason for keeping your selected tracks on our server is to feature and play them on G=TE, such as in our homepage player, release player, release page player, etc.</br> <br>Lastly, while your tracks will be deleted as detailed above, we will keep a history of your track details (such as artist name, title, date and time of submission, release, length, reward status, size, musical data i.e. volume, frequency, panning, etc.). These are to be used for future personalized features for you (i.e.producer dashboard), analytics, and some as audio source for the cool animations you get to see on G=TE and in our online and offline communication.</br> <br>*By start date we mean start of the Open for submissions phase.</br>
