Congratulations!</br> <br>What happens next?</br> <br><FONT COLOR="#819590">You read the Post-Selection Terms carefully.</FONT></br> <br><a href="https://welcometogate.com/post-selection-terms" target="_blank" ><u>Follow this link to access the full Post-Selection Terms</u></a> between you and the creator of the release, containing all the details that you will need to know to fulfil your legal obligations towards them.</br> <br><FONT COLOR="#819590">You keep an eye on your inbox.</FONT></br> <br>You will be contacted by the creator of the release by email very soon after the announcement of the selected tracks. It is essential that you don't miss it in order to arrange payment and other important details. If you didn't get an email, please check your Spam folder. Once you receive that email, answer back within <FONT COLOR="#819590">5 days</FONT>, otherwise, your rewards might get delayed. </br> <br><FONT COLOR="#819590">You send your files. (Handover)</FONT></br> <br>Within 10 days from the date of the announcement, for each signed track the producer (you) shall deliver to the creator of the release the digital recording (track) as originally submitted by you to the release, and in any other formats as indicated in the release. The same for materials, documents, files, information, etc. as was indicated in the release. </br> <br>Not sending this within <FONT COLOR="#819590">10 days</FONT> will delay your rewards. You may be asked for additional files and info relevant to your release, so please send that too. If the additional requests require more time from you to prepare, please arrange a timeline that benefits both you and the creator.</br> <br><FONT COLOR="#819590">You receive your rewards:</FONT></br> <br>– If the release has a <FONT COLOR="#819590">one-off payment</FONT>, it will be paid to you by the creator within 30 days from the date of the announcement. The creator will email you to arrange the payment details (such as bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).</br> <br>– If the release has <FONT COLOR="#819590">royalties</FONT>, they will be paid to you by the creator at half-yearly intervals according to the Post-Selection Terms. (<a href="https://welcometogate.com/faq/solution/95" target="_blank" ><u>Find out more about royalties</u></a>)</br> <br>– If the release has <FONT COLOR="#819590">digital incentives</FONT>, they will be delivered to you by the creator to your email address within 30 days from the date of the announcement.</br> <br>– If the release has <FONT COLOR="#819590">physical incentives</FONT>, they will be shipped to you by the creator to your address within 30 days from the date of the announcement.</br> <br>All (bank) transfer and/or shipping fees will be covered by the creator (not you). However, since fees can become very hefty especially when the two of you are located far away geographically, we encourage that you should first search for a solution with lower fees.</br> <br>Be friendly, reachable and cooperative. You might be asked for additional files or information until the track is out (published), so please be helpful. :)</br>
