<br>In a release on G=TE, royalties are one type of reward for the producers of signed tracks. (<a href="https://welcometogate.com/faq/solution/18" target="_blank" ><u>Follow this link</u></a> to find out about all possible rewards.)</br> <br>The creator of the release can choose to pay to each signed track a certain percentage of the gross revenue for the following four rights: digital streaming, synchronization rights (to be included in any film, television program, advertisement, or other audio or visual work), physical reproduction and digital downloads (reproduction and distribution for the purposes of its public release in physical or digital form, including physical albums and digital downloading). The rest of the rights stay with the producer (including broadcasting and public performance rights).</br> <br>And to keep things simple, the royalty percentage of the release applies equally to all four rights. For example, if the percentage is “50%” it means that the producer gets 50% of the physical reproduction, 50% of the digital downloads, 50% of the digital streaming, and 50% of the synchronization royalties.</br> <br><FONT COLOR="#819590">Note to the producer:</FONT> If your track gets signed, as soon as it is released (published) your track will generate revenues from many sources. So, on top of the royalties that the label will pay you directly, there are additional royalties that you can earn for those four rights and for many other rights. We, therefore, recommend that you get informed and get registered where your local laws require so that you can be sure to collect all the royalties you are owed. It can add up to an important sum.</br>
