Only 100% original music will be submitted in my release - what does that mean?

At G=TE we are all about supporting unique skills and creativity. This means that when a producer submits a track, the track created by the producer is 100% original. This is according to the legally binding declaration and the form that they fill out when submitting their track to your release. ‘Created by the producer’ means that only the producer (individually or as representative of a <a href="https://welcometogate.com/faq/solution/57" target="_blank" >collaboration or group</a>) has created the track. No one else was involved in the creative process of developing it. The track is based on their own idea and inspiration. Electronic music tracks often contain many different collaborators and components. So we always ask the producer to have a second look at their track’s originality before submitting, by confirming that: – If they used third-party content, they only used: <a href="https://welcometogate.com/faq/solution/90" target="_blank" >cleared samples</a> and <a href="https://welcometogate.com/faq/solution/91" target="_blank" >licensed royalty-free sounds</a>. – If they collaborated with someone else on the track, the producer is responsible for their remuneration according to their agreed revenue splits and that no unlicensed third-party content was used by them. To sum up: Only 100% original music is submitted to G=TE releases. If a track has used third-party content, its producer has confirmed to have proof of right and can show upon request if signed. If a track has collaborators, the producer has confirmed to represent them and remunerate them according to existing agreements. Please note that G=TE does not check any track's originality. Tip: Once you submit a release and your release starts, you'll finally be able to see each track’s originality details when you start listening to the track in the <a href="https://welcometogate.com/faq/solution/41" target="_blank" > incognito player</a>.
