G=TE isn't just for individual producers.</br> <br>In the case of a <a href="https://welcometogate.com/faq/solution/58" target="_blank" ><u>group or collaboration</u></a>, we've made things really simple for you and all the other parties involved, also known in legal terms as ‘representation’.</br> <br>The creator of the release has a contract with you (only you), the submitting individual, as you will be representing your group/collaboration. If your track gets signed, you will have the sole rights and obligations in the upcoming (legal) arrangements. When submitting your track, you will need to confirm the clearing of all rights of the others from your group or collaboration.</br> <br>Do you not wish to be the representative of your group or collaboration? Then choose together another member to be the representative and that person needs to register on G=TE and submit the track.</br> <br>Tip: We encourage that you and your other members have clearly discussed and aligned on your roles and revenues in regard to the track you want to submit, and ideally have it in a legally bound written form.</br>
