<br>Yes, they are bound by G=TE’s <a href="https://welcometogate.com/terms-conditions" target="_blank" ><u>Terms and Conditions</u></a> and <a href="https://welcometogate.com/post-selection-terms" target="_blank" ><u>Post-Selection Terms</u></a> once a release is created or a track is submitted.</br> <br> The creator of the release is bound to fulfill their promises such as selecting and signing the track(s), releasing the track(s), remunerating the producers, and so on.</br> <br>Note: If you intend to participate on G=TE by creating releases, we strongly encourage you to first read our Post-Selection Terms to make sure that you can fulfill all your legal obligations towards each producer. We would like to underline that G=TE strives to equally support all the parties involved in these terms.</br>
