<br>If you've <a href="https://welcometogate.com/faq/solution/11" target="_blank" ><u>created</u></a> a release and you missed marking some (or all) of your selected tracks by the end of the Selection in progress phase, G=TE is allowed to select and mark the missing tracks in your place after a period of two months.</br> <br>Regarding missed runner-ups, the creator of the release will have to fulfill their rewards and obligations as promised in the release as soon as G=TE marks them.</br> <br>Regarding missed signed tracks, the creator of the release will pay a €750 penalty per signed track directly to its producer (not to G=TE) as soon as G=TE marks them. The creator is not bound to release these tracks.</br> <br>We hope that this situation never happens. To avoid it, we send reminders to creators 48 hours before the deadline. And sometimes we might even accept a 24-hour deadline extension if the deadline has just been missed.</br>
