Release - Release submitted
My release has been confirmed, what's next?
– You read the terms. By submitting your release, you're bound by our Terms and Conditions and our Post-Selection Terms to fulfil your obligations towards the producer(s) of your future signed track(s).

– You always keep an eye on your inbox. Once you get an email that your release is confirmed, your release will either start right away or it will be queued as 'Next up' on G=TE and start at the date chosen by you (in which case you will get another email from us as soon as it starts). You will also receive an email at the end or close to the end of each phase, with important information on what you need to do next.

– You can start listening to the submitted tracks when your release starts OR in the Selection in progress phase.

Tracks can be submitted at any time during the Open for submissions phase, so you decide how often you check your release for new tracks during this phase. Or you can wait until the next phase (Selection in progress) to listen to the tracks submitted. The Selection in progress phase is also the moment when you will need to decide what tracks you want to select and reward.

To find the submitted tracks, go to your release page and click on 'See all tracks' (if the button is missing, it's because you are logged out). By the way, the submitted tracks are only visible to you. So, the public doesn't see them. Producers don't see them either. And to you, they will have an anonymous artist and title so that during the selection process you can focus fully on the music, not on who is behind the track. The public will only see the tracks that you decide to mark and announce as signed and runner-up.

Tip: You will find lots of cool features for your tracks, such as adding them to favorites, hiding the ones you really don't like, and if you feel that there are too many tracks to handle you can use the 'Listen to one track per producer' knob that will save you a lot of time.

– You can share your release. Share the release link with individual producers or in your online or offline groups, official websites and channels, even social media if you wish to, to attract even more talent because they already love what you do and might participate with great tracks.

Relax, have fun and enjoy the journey!
