<br>Welcome and goodbye messages are what make releases on G=TE personal. Producers love to read them.</br> <br>Although any message is better than no message, here are some tips on how to write them (and also reduce the chances for your release getting denied during review):</br> <br>– Write in English. Is your English not that good? No worries, use <a href="https://translate.google.com/" target="_blank" ><u>Google Translate</u></a> or <a href="https://www.deepl.com/en/translator" target="_blank" ><u>DeepL</u></a> to translate your message from your language into English.</br> <br>– Start your message with “Hi” or something similar.</br> <br>– Address your future participating producers directly. </br> <br>– Use an easy, fun, and informative tone.</br> <br>– Look pro by using punctuation, initial letters when needed, and no CAPS!</br> <br>– In your welcome message: Consider sharing important details about your release, date of publication, or rewards that you were not able to share so far. And end it with something that sounds exciting to your future participating producers such as “Have fun!” or “Looking forward to your tracks!”.</br> <br>Welcome message example:</br> <p><q>Hi all, we're so excited to hear your tracks! Make sure to listen to our label's music to get a good feeling! Check out our Facebook on June 3, 5pm CET where we will livestream the signed tracks. Have fun!</q></p> <br>– In your goodbye message: Consider taking a moment to thank all the participating producers, share the next steps, and keep them connected for the date of publication of your release. End it with a wholehearted “Thank you” or something similar.</q></p></br> <p>Goodbye message example: </p> <p><q>Hi everyone, Thank you so much for the amazing music sent our way! Our release is planned to come out on October 2, 2024, and we will do a gig tour around the world. Stay tuned to that on our Insta. Thank you again!</q></p> <br>– You only have a maximum of 210 characters (empty spaces included), so why not use them all.
